Is this for real? How does it work?

Yes, this website and the services we offer are very real! Have a look at some of the testimonials and the Hall of Fame. We help ladies that wish to enhance their appearance through cosmetic surgery achieve their goals at no cost. Check out How It Works for a complete description of the process.

Do you offer cosmetic surgeries other than breast implants?

Not at this time. We used to offer a wide range of free cosmetic surgery procedures, but what we discovered over time was that those that were contributing to fund the surgeries, were really drawn to the site based on the concept of helping to fund free breast implant procedures. So for that reason we have chosen to 'give the people what they want' and focus stricly on free breast augmentations. Should there be a large demand in the future to help fund other procedures, we are well prepared to offer them at that time.

For other cosmetic surgeries, we recommend financing through this company.

Who will be performing the surgery?

We work with a variety of board certified doctors throughout the world. Different doctors perform different procedures. We carefully select our list of approved doctors based on in-person interviews as well as reviewing their past work. You are more than welcome to use the doctor of your own choosing if you wish. We are dedicated to making sure ladies get the end results they want.

Do I have to use your recommended doctors?

No! You are welcome to use any doctor that you feel comfortable with. Cosmetic surgery is a very personal decision and we strongly believe that you will get the best results when you use a doctor that you are most comfortable with. This also allows us to offer our services to ladies located outside of the United States. If you need help selecting a doctor you can check out our list of pre-approved local plastic surgeons.

Do I have to pose naked?

Not at all. The content of the pictures you post is entirely up to you. Some ladies choose to reward donors with sexy photos, and the range of "sexy photos" varies greatly from person to person.

How do I know if I'm right for MyFreeImplants?

There is no right or wrong. You do not need to possess anything but an open mind and an adventurous spirit. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your involvement please contact us so we can address your doubts or reservations and work toward a solution with you. Above all, your peace of mind and comfort is our #1 concern.

Are there any age requirements?

Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older in order to be a member or model of MyFreeImplants. There is no maximum age however. We have a variety of procedures suited to fit our clients of all ages. In addition, we encourage women to wait until their bodies are fully developed before undergoing any medical procedures. Ultimately the decision is up to you and your doctor.

Can I sign up if I dont live in the United States?

Yes. But, since all funds collected on the website are in US dollars, when you enter the procedures into your list of goals you will want to enter the amount in US dollars (converted from of the actual cost in your country).

How long does it take to get my implants?

The time frame all depends on your level of participation. The more time and effort you are willing to put in, the more quickly you will be able to get your implants. MyFreeImplants is not simply a picture site; it is a community with members who interact and actively participate on a regular basis. Because of this the time frame is different for each and every person.

Who will see my pictures?

The pictures you submit to the site can be viewed by any active benefactor member. Viewing photos however requires a login and password so that your photos are not viewable on a public website. Keep in mind that the more members that see your pictures the sooner you will reach your goals.

How is my privacy protected?

You are free to use any alias you would like in your profile. Your true identity is kept 100% confidential. It is up to you to choose which aspects of your personal bio you would like to share with our members. Keep in mind though that getting to know people on a more intimate level and forming more personal relationships is what MyFreeImplants is all about and the fastest way to reach your goals.
