Missed Sara joined MyFreeImplants in September of 2009, and reached her goal of $7,400.00 (USD) in about 5 months. She received her surgery this past March.

This past weekend, the lovely Roxie attended Dragon*Con and promoted MyFreeImplants at the largest multi-media and pop culture convention of its kind. Below are a few pictures of Roxie making friends and spreading the word about MFI:

Sarah recently interviewed with her local newspaper to land a spot as a Featured Girl on the MyFreeImplants home page. After seeing the interview, an Irish cosmetic surgery company contacted Sarah with an offer to pay for her entire breast augmentation procedure.

“I’m happy and I just want to thank you so much for making this really happen,” she expressed in an email Friday. “If I hadn’t have done that interview I’d never have gotten my boobs like this.”

Simply by spreading the word about MyFreeImplants, Sarah gained both media attention and a free boob job.  As this is written, she has already been admitted into surgery and on her way to achieving her dream of full C’s.

Ryleigh will soon be featured as a comic book superhero, a role she says she would have never dreamed of before receiving $8,000 breast implants.

“I’m really stoked. It’s a huge confidence thing,” said the 29-year-old mother of two.

Ryleigh posed in panties for the comic book photoshoot, holding a broom. Her medieval outfit is computer-generated.

Illustrator Mike Roshuk said he was looking for a model with a busty superhero body for his yet-to-be named book.

“You have to keep in mind the type of body that comic book superhero women have, and finding models that are close to that description,” he said.

Three years ago, Ryleigh went from a size 32AA to 34C with the help of her benefactors on the site.

It took Ryleigh more than two years to raise the funds for her surgery, attracting donors by sending photos and posting silly rap videos on YouTube.

Just a few months after she received the surgery, Ryleigh began doing photoshoots, she said.

“I wasn’t confident in myself to have done anything like that in the past,” she said.

About 2,000 copies of the fantasy-style graphic novel, created by Roshuk, will be available by late summer.

And, not only that, but it premiers next week on July 2nd at 10pm! So anyone with access to Virgin 1, tune in and check it out to see all those familiar faces of MFI. A HUGE thanks to everyone that participated in the filming! It was a lot of hard work, and Jay did an AMAZEing (inside joke) job helping to coordinate and pull it all together.

A German woman is suing doctors after she checked in to have wrinkles removed – and woke up with a new pair of breasts…

She wanted to give herself firmer skin and remove the wrinkles after losing 16 stone [224 lbs] on a crash diet.

But when she woke up after the operation she found doctors had put two silicone implants into her breasts, increasing their size from a C cup to a D.

Doctors said the woman should not complain as the best way to tighten the skin and remove the wrinkles was to make her breasts bigger.

I’m no expert on how to smooth-out wrinkles, but that doesn’t sound quite truthful to me. If this story is accurate then, yes, the woman is fully within her rights to complain and the responses of the surgeons– if accurate– are rather astonishing and hard to believe.

But in defense of these brave, selfless, noble, wonderful doctors– who are only doing their best to feed their children and make the world a more wonderful place for Pete’s sake– at least they didn’t tighten her skin by installing a Quasimodo-like humpback, right?

If there was a failure of communication anywhere along the line, I point the finger of blame at the German language itself, which is too difficult for even its native speakers to comprehend.

Oh, and after she finishes suing them, do you think she’ll keep the implants?
