Welcome to the site. I am a major benefactor, but am not connected to the site in any other way. Since you are new, I thought I would share some of my insights and observations. Of the first 50 girls I donated to 27 have quit, 3 are questionable whether they will continue. Of the other 20, 2 have made it and three more are close. The other 15 will probably make it.

But it is work. In normal life, I am sure that guys hit on you all the time. But on this site, it is the girls who have to pursue the guys. Guys don’t score by walking into a bar and shouting to everyone, “Hey, I am available. Come talk to me.” Just blogging and saying you are available to chat will not elicit many responses, if any. Further, guys did not sign up out of the goodness of their hearts to give money to girls they do not know. Keep that in mind as you approach guys. They are not obligated to give or even message you. You should feel thankful when they do.

The girls seem to make it in one of two ways. There are a few girls who find one benefactor who donates enough to push them to their goal (usually giving 50% to 70%) of what they need. Those girls have worked hard to raise the first funds.

The majority of girls spend anywhere from an hour or two a day to four or five hours. A good sum of their money comes from messages (probably 40% or more). The rest from donations. My top girls got $1,400 and $800 at the time they made their goals. I was top donor for one and second largest for the other. But that also means a lot of their money came from a lot of other guys. How many guys do you need? Probably a minimum of six or eight. That may not seem like a lot, but many girls will write a hundred guys and get very few, if any responses. So be prepared to send a lot of emails without response. Remember, any time a guy does respond, it will cost him more than $1. You will have to make your initial emails interesting and enticing. Writing a paragraph or two about yourself can create interest.

One of the mistakes made here by girls is thinking guys will pay a lot for pictures. They do pay some and the racier and naughtier the more they will pay. But real success comes from developing relationships, putting puzzles, games, trivia questions– things that appeal to nerds like me and get them to message you with answers. (Bill Gates in his 12 rules of success says this: “Be nice to nerds. Chances are you’ll end up working for one. And you’d better learn how to operate a computer.”) Pictures are great to get the initial donations, but getting the last donations and messages will require more.
