Well hi Penny I see you are like me we love reading the news and have seen you comment on many…..:) cool!….Wll I am in north Texas Dallas Area…and to be honest not many here except maybe in Downtown and even then it usually involves alcohol….but in my experience its usually down south when i have been to Corpus Christi or South Padre Island, especially now with Spring Break approaching and the heat starts coming in, it is topless galore ….dont know what part of Texas you are in but , if you get snow today like they predicted, stay warn dry and safe …:)
