Heidi Montag, who underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in November, has reportedly accepted a $500,000 offer to pose completely nude for Playboy.
The Hills star told Radar Online at a Valentine’s party in Las Vegas that she “[is] doing Playboy again… soon, very soon.” She added, “I cannot wait to show off my new assets, I am very excited.”
The 23 year old aspiring pop star was partly covered in her first Playboy shoot last September, but is now ready to reveal her new triple-D’s in the flesh.
Once her second shoot is done, the reality star has vowed to go under the knife again to get even larger breasts, because the the cup size she wanted (H-for Heidi?) – wouldn’t fit!

Proof positive that with a lot of plastic surgery someone who is barely in their 20s can look like a woman in their early 40s. I hope her plastic surgeon does not accept MFI, for the sake of the models here.
@Denis: I think you are in the majority. Seems only the Heidi/Tila/Kim worshiping “reality” crowd like the change, but they are the same sheep who would scar their faces if those reality idols did it. And Playboy is a rapidly dying magazine.

once u have implants…they dont feel as big as they sound..DD…suddenly feels very small….but im not so sure about H size boobs…i think her DDD’s are fine 
the “point of implants” is different for every single girl who ever has gotten them, she looked better before but who cares, her body, her money, and now her 500k from playboy!!

Actually…before ANY surgery was done on Heidi she was wayyyy gorgeous.
Mmmm, She looked perfectly fine with the first set of plastic surgery she’s had before she went on a rampage. She looks unatural now, and it looks as if she aged 15 years over night. Why would you want to look something completely different then you are, it’s her facial surgeries that bothers me most.
I think she wants to be the next Sex symbol however, like the next pamela.
Personally, I think if she wanted to go that big with the boobies, it’s up to her, I think they look good on her! But I’m not so keen on the face, she had such a soft, pretty look before, now she’s very hard looking…
She’s only 23 too, I hope she doesn’t get carried away and have loads more surgery!
