In certain cases, yes. As tax season approaches, it is interesting to reflect upon some of the more bizarre items that the IRS has considered as deductible expenses in the past. Although procedures such as rhinoplasty, botox, or a tummy tuck are not typically deductible, certain types of cosmetic surgery may be a legitimate tax write-off if considered necessary for a job.
In the case of exotic dancer Cynthia Hess (a.k.a. “Chesty Loveâ€) , her size 56FF implants proved to be justifiable deductions as “vital props” essential for the purposes of making money at an Indiana strip club. Weighing 10lbs each, the dancer stated that the appearance of her implants became “freakish;” backing the claim that the implants were intended solely for business purposes rather than personal enhancement.
The implants were compared to work clothes and uniforms, which must pass a two-step test to be considered deductible: (1) required as a condition of employment and, (2) unsuitable for everyday use. Approaching the first condition, Hess labeled her breasts as part of the “costume” essential for maintaining employment as an exotic dancer. As for the second condition, Hess argued that her breasts were not practical for everyday use, and if medically possible, she would take them out at the end of the workday.
It was found that implants such as Chesty Love’s that are so extraordinarily large, are “useful only in her [particular] business” and, therefore, deductible.
The following are some other outlandish tax deductions that the IRS did not dispute or contest:
As part of a promotion, the owner of a nightclub hired exotic dancers for a performance. He deducted the cost of the dancers as a business expense.
In another promotion, a gas station owner gave away free beer to his customers. This promotion was also deducted as a legitimate business expense.
Though body builders cannot write-off specialty foods and drinks, they are allowed to deduct the cost of body oils as an ordinary and reasonable expense in the pursuit of their profession.

Leave A Commentwho is this jeanette with mfi. and i think the jason and jay have mfi profiles she needs to have an mfi profile also. so we know who she is. and we can guys can message her if there is questions need to be asked to her. Being on here for almost 4 yrs. i have no clue who she is. just my opinion.
Andy … she is a new lady the J’s hired on about 2-3 months ago now. I dont think it would do you any good for her to have a profile on here as you wouldnt be able to see it or message it being a guy and she would have to sign up on the benefactors side as she isnt here earning money for implants. Sooo. if you do need to contact her with a question then send a message as you normally would to get any other question answered and you might get lucky to get a response from her.
i don’t need to contact her but saying. they have on the models side a myfreeimplants support profile. so she can have a profile on the models side. that way guys have someone to message with issues or what not. like the girls have the j’s. i don’t have any questions. now just saying it is funny on how the j’s are on the guys side. and girls can message them. but the guys don’t have anyone they can message of equal importance that is with the girls side.
Hi Andy, nice to meet you. I can be reached through the MFI Support profile (on either side) if you would like to send a message or LiveChat if I am online. I can also be reached through the support desk if you would like to submit a ticket. I look forward to speaking with you in the future!
thats kewl. bu to me i feel be easier if u had your own profile. to me like on another social site. both the j’s and you should be automatically added to benes and models friends list. but that is my opinion. and right now. my opinions seem to not matter much. i love the fixes you are doing from the feedback forum. but to me some of them. are being fixed wrong way. and other were fixed and then u changed them. and things i feel need to be fixed arn’t cause 90percent of people on here. don’t understand why it is i need it fixeed.
uhm what is this? Andy, let the guys who works with and for MFI ado their work as they see fit. I don’t think the owners (Jay and Jason) or employers (Jeanette) want to have close and personal contact with the members. It is their work.
By the way want thank Jeanette for the posts she does and help she gives.
Happy New Year to All!
