Several studies show just eating lots of fresh fruits in the morning, and dark green leafy vegetables drastically reduce the risks of cancers. Than that was not including organic fruits which generally high a higher nutritional content.

Of course, the key to good health is eat well, move well, and think well.

Eating good healthy food is not fully effective if you are eating lots of junk. Deep fried, oily, processed foods, preservatives, MSG, GMO, non organic dairy, non free range, grass feed, no hormone/antibiotic meats, sugars, caffeines, carbonation and alcohol, which al kill your bodies friendly bacteria that fight off infections and aid digestion.

Lots of people drink diet beverages and think it's helping, but the nutrasweet/aspartame is one of the worse poisons people ingest regularly. It is a neurotoxin that kills brain cells and causes many other complications including MS type symptoms. It makes you crave carbs, and turns into formaldehyde when it reaches body temperature. hence the DIE in diet, it's getting you embalmed early.

Exercise it not an option but necessary for your bodies health and immune system, and negative thoughts and stress cause many physical ailments.

Every health condition stems from nutritional deficiency and/or toxicities. If you ahve a lot of junk in your body not being flushed out, they will cause cancers and other problems in all parts of your body's system.

Wasabi and man other things also kill cancer cells, including pure Acai, found in some documented medical studies, but not some of the watered down junk available out there.
