Photos of Gossip Girl’s Blake Lively revealing a slightly larger bust are surfacing, fueling rumors that she recently had breast augmentation surgery. The beautiful Lively was recently photographed at the Met Costume Gala looking slightly more busty than usual.
The 21-year old’s perky breasts could be attributed to her perfectly proportioned body, or perhaps to a really good push-up bra. Either way, she looks great as usual. Below are some before and after photos of the actress – what do you think?

The below out fit is obviously more revealing than the above one, as well, and not being a fan of “gossip girl” I haven’t really seen her breasts… so it could just be the dress flattering her figure also.
Either way, if they are implants they look lovely. ^_^

I’ve learned first hand now … That when u have implants it constantly looks like your cold lol

Yep I see nips.. shes either cold or does have implants.. when was the now pic taken. if in warmer weather .. then they most likely are implants. but if you look hard enough at her then pic you can see a little hint of cleavage just above the white in her top but being shes so light complected in that picture its hard to tell. if she was tan in that pic like the now pic it would be more clear to see. LOL. anyway. either way.. love the now picture all around much more. much classier look for her.
Personally judging on the pics shown (I too don’t watch Gossip girl)In my opinion,I don’t think she has had implants..even in the first pic in which her outfit isnt too revealing,to me she does have a bust but probarly isnt wearing such a great bra and not wanting to show of what she has anyway.In the second pic which is stunning by the way..is alot more revealing and of course going to show what she does have..Her nipples are probarly standing out because it may be a little chilly..I think mine would be if I was stood out there on the red carpet with only that dress on showing my bits..LOL!
If they are natural..wow her breasts are nice and pert and she is very lucky they are a good natural size on her too,if they are enhanced with implants they still look great:)

okay Im a B cup and I can make it look like Im a D cup naturally if called low cut tops and Bigger push up[ bras…..I dont think she got implants just a sense of how to put her boobies in the right spot!!! Its easliy done
