The “Ideal” Implant
by Drone on December 8th, 2009A new implant is currently being tested. The “Ideal” Implant is currently being tested. It is designed to offer the safety of a saline implant while eliminating the rippling that sometimes occurs in saline implants.
The new implants is made with a different edge to help it better match the chest wall. It also features multiple internal layers. Some of these layers are unattached and perforated and separate the inner from the outer layer.
The implant has only been used about 100 times and it is unclear when it will be available to the general public.

I’ve read about these before! I think they are a great idea since many women that want saline end up going with silicone because they fear rippling! Lucky for me, I am very thin, had no breast tissue and went with saline and have NO visible rippling at all
I love my boobs!
