One lady in particular went to UK to get this done in her rear end. She had horrible infection and over 150 injections in her backside. They ended up having to cut both cheeks of her rear end wide open and literally pick out these globules of material which her body had formed contracture around, similar to that of breast implant hardening. According to the show it is illegal in the U.S., and being performed by unlicensed people in the U.K. I would definately do the research if considering this type of surgery. There were "red flags" thrown when the lady said that she could not contact the office, they contacted her. They used no anesthesia, and also did not sanitize the area beforehand. Not trying to scare anyone, just stating what I saw on the show.
