		<description>I do not know if this is an issue or not, and I&#039;ve tweaked the Adobe settings in an effort to alleviate them, but the delay I am experiencing varies anywhere from 3-20 seconds, which is leading to echos, feedback, and some pretty interesting gaps in conversation.  Having used most of the other instant messaging versions of video conferencing recently, I do not have the same experiences.</description>
