As many of you know, MFI deals with many plastic surgeons and media professionals who constantly scrutinize the website. For that reason, we have strict rules for the public areas of the website, which only allow content suitable for all audiences. What you post or discuss privately is none of our business, but there have been several instances in the past where we have gotten bad media publicity because of a few choice blogs. More importantly, there have been situations where a surgeon has refused to accept payment for a ladies surgery because of some blogs that were posted with vulgar content. Since that completely defeats the purpose of the website, (paying surgeons for the implants) we need to enforce the rules of the blogs and public photos to makes sure one person does not have an adverse affect on another person’s surgery. It’s not fair to others if a few bad apples ruin people’s chances of having their dreams fulfilled.
We need everyone’s help enforcing the public content rules. If you see a violation, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are all responsible for keeping MFI clean!

I agree, MFI is not a porn site, but a lot of sexual explicit and nude material is distributed on this site. 95-99% of time privately. Even if you don’t see it a lot of sexual explicit and nude material is distributed here.
So saying it is completely not a porn site is wrong. Here is porn and porn is downloaded. Since September 2005 when i joined it has been so, over 3½ years. There has been periods with more porn and periods with less porn or sexual explicit and nude material.
MFI as community can be a lot of things, because we all are different. Some benefactors – as i have read in comments in the news section and also in benefactors blogs in the past – have said they are here for the porn that is offered. Others are here to make online connections of some kinds and have chats and messaging about all kind of subjects and do not want pictures at all (i wonder if they would like it without any pictures at in the ladies profiles?). Reasons for benefactors to be a member here range widely.
The reason why any lady joins is always the same: To achieve their goal and then also to make connection to achieve this goal. It has been said before by a famous benefactors that no lady has made it to HoF with only pictures and made it with only connections with the benefactors. It is a mixture of both, some do more connections and less pictures (and videos) others with more pictures and less connections. Just a very rough generalization.
So pictures and videos of any kind are distributed on MFI. It is when those 1-5% that bubbles up to the surface or public it turns to problems. And i agree, that no sexual explicit and nude material should be in the public. Not because reporters will scrutinize MFI or because conservative surgeons will refuse money from MFI. Simple because i think it is more fair to any lady that want to achieve her goal here according to her limits of doing sexual explicit and nude material. The reporters scrutinizing MFI or the surgeons refusing payment from MFI can and will find out that a lot of sexual explicit and nude material is distributed on MFI. I would guess it takes them around 10-20 minutes to find that out after have signed up. A digging reporter would definitely do that and MFI has experienced that in the past and a surgeon concerned if he/she should be associated with MFI will most likely also do the same. I would not just go for what is on the public. But even the public pages such as “How it works” , Fan Sign Pages (yes they are public) and the front/index page of MFI would lead me to think more is going on here than i see. So why would not a reporter or a surgeon do the same and join just to see if it is so?
One problem i see when these 1-5% of sexual and nude explicit bubbles up to the public is not the default pic or the blog in question. It is all the blogs posted to try to keep MFI clean. The “Cum see my pussy” blog will be deleted by the management, but all the blogs about keeping MFI clean and telling ladies don’t do this or that, and saying “this is not a porn site”, all these blogs are not deleted. Again the reporters and surgeons will be lead to think, that there are porn or sexual explicit and nude material on MFI. They are not stupid. And as it is such sensitive thing should they even be lead to think that it is sexual explicit and nude material on MFI? It is possible, that all the blogs trying to correct the problem or help ladies with what is allowed and not, do defeat themselves and have opposite effect, as these blogs will never be deleted and can be found by anyone, members and non-members to read, and especially when they contain strong words and naming ladies on this site in strong and derogatory words would it not just be the same the inappropriate blog or default pic did?
One action to do is to report it and see if the management deem it as inappropriate and not blog about it. And even then when reporting it you might find out that your opinion is not the same as the management’s and nothing will be deleted and removed. I have found out that with the thong pics. All thong pics are not inappropriate for the management. I thought they were but suddenly the management defend a thong pic which i thought was against the standards of MFI. Nevertheless i believe when you see something inappropriate is to tell the management and make them decide and not talk in public blogs about what you see as a problem because that can have another effect than you desired.
But one thing i am clear of is that keeping the public clean doesn’t make the distribution of sexual explicit and nude material less on MFI. Just hidden and for any one who signs up to find out. But when it is kept in private it is not a problem? Well, that is another blog at another time.

I think reporting violations has it’s place, but that’s after the fact and by the time things get looked at, the default pic (or whatever) may have changed, making it a ‘my word vs. theirs’ type situation.
Maybe all of us when logging-in should have a briefly visible intermediary page that displays a random item from the terms before taking us to our profiles.
I’m not really crazy about plastering rules all over the site, but I think most of the violations are either copycats, or people that don’t much look at the ‘informative’ pages of the site, like blogs and, ahem, the Terms. So the violations are clear to see; something to counter that should be clear to see, too.
If a young lady is asking in the blogs whether her default of her nude is okay, clearly the Terms are not being read and retained….
As for keeping MFI clean, I also seem to pick up a lot of dropped gum wrappers and empty energy drink cans — you know who you are….
This is why following the rules here and keeping blogs and defaults PG is so important….This is my true story and anyone that knows me…knows what I have been through….for over a year now.
Monday the 4th was good and bad for me….Well…I had my final consultation last Monday so I can FINALLY schedule my surgery soon. Over all it went ok I guess…I just can’t stand his receptionist or the things they said! I have had alot of issues with getting my surgery done with this surgeon but issues and all aside he is a fantastic surgeon….and the only one I feel comfortable using in my state.
Allow me to explain…My surgeon happens to be the Deacon of a babtist church here in town and is morally having an issue with excepting payment from MFI….due to the nature of the blogs and people’s profile photos. I have been on a rollercoater of yes’s and no’s from this surgeon about being affiliated at all with this site. First time I had a consult with him he said yes…he would do my surgery and except payment..then after viewing the site later that day…he changed his mind about it because he deemed it a porn site and in his position he felt dirty excepting payment from this site….I found that out about a week after the initial yes I was given. I was crushed…absolutely crushed!
So after a year of thinking this would never happen for me…I went to see him one last time (last monday) and see if maybe I could talk to him again and get a different answer during my consultation.
I got to his office, checked in and waited for them to call me back for my consult. Once they called me back I went in and sat down and his receptionist asked me if I planned to still pay for surgery using Myfree whatever…I said Myfreeimplants…yes..I do plan to still use that form of payment..she immediately piped in and said “well you shouldn’t of wasted your time today…he isn’t gonna do your surgery. He is a babtist Deacon and has moral issues with doing this for you…and excepting payment from a porno site”
I immediately tried to explain that the site isn’t a porn site and that the actions of some girls should not affect me. Then I asked to talk to the doctor directly…which I sat there for about 20 minutes after she stormed out to get him for me. The doctor came in a few minutes later and started my consult and we spoke about what the receptionist told me…he said he would do my surgery but never ever be affiliated with this site in any fashion whatsoever because it is a porn site. I told him “please do not condemn me because of what others on this site do”..so we talked a bit more and ended my consult.
I left feeling happy and torn apart all at once. I hate that he and many others view MFI in this way..but he’s right…it looks like a porn site and most of you act like porn stars. what if you were in my shoes? How would you feel? Wouldn’t you be embarrassed? I know I am.
Jason is coming to my rescue(and I thank him dearly) and helping me with this…so yes..I will have my surgery very soon I hope as I should be able to start scheduling everything Tues or Wed and will keep everyone posted.
But honestly…I am not as excited as I should be because in a sense I was put in the same bracket with porn stars and whores (from the mouth of others) and that doesn’t feel good at all. I always try to be classy and sexy…not slutty, overeager or raunchy.
Think about who your actions may be hurting here…could be a woman who is trying to be repaired after breast removal due to breast cancer, mommies who need the help, Me….as it already has been hurting me or worst of all…it could be hurting YOU!
So this is my Happy/not so happy story about my consultation last Monday…and I promise you I have not exaggerated at all…just wanted everyone to know that I feel cheap now because of others actions that are shown publicly.
Oh…and for those that care…I am going with 415cc in the left and 430cc in the right…which will be a big D. I’m going with saline and under the muscle. incision will be around my areola.
I will keep you posted when I get actual dates.
Ps…and I know some of you are probably asking..”why are you still wanting to use this surgeon after all this run around?” Well..the answer is…I trust him, his work and he is fantastic! oh…and I didn’t see his receptionist when I was done…wonder where that bitch went? Hmmmm……

Jay and/or Jason – I beg of you… go look at the contests posted for the ladies to enter!!!! Can you imagine sitting on THIS side of things… looking at THOSE contests… and thinking… what in the heck have I got myself into??? It’s more than discouraging for your average girl. And to add to it… most girls will enter those contests out of desperation to get more in their boobie bank.

I hate to be one to say… Add more rules, add more rules!!! Cause, I hate rules!!! They make me feel all restricted and unable to be myself at times… but still I have found a way to abide by the rules.
Something MUST be done about those contests!!! I beg of you to go look at them… put yourself in a newbies’ position… and think about how you would feel. I know each model has an OPTION of whether or not to enter the contests, but still. Most of them are just gross guys. Seriously.
The truth of the matter is this – During a model’s time here she will be bombarded by some very sexual content. Some things you will see that you did not ask for and would rather NOT see. Somehow you find a way to develope this thick layer of skin to protect you. You can overlook the crap after awhile, but for the new girls joining the site, it sends the wrong message and many leave before they have developed the ability to keep moving and don’t look. The contests would be a fantastic place to start CLEANING THINGS UP!!!

CCR makes a very good point here and I agree with him.
The biggest thing I have a problem with is the proselytizing by some members about what is considered objectionable. Yes surgeons will reject some payments from MFI but if their individual beliefs make them feel that way then there is nothing that can be done to change it, having certain members make it their “mission” to report people sounds more to me like witch-hunting.
I too have been on the site for some time as well and what CCR says is true, it is always there and if you dig deep enough you will find it. Those complaining in the public blogs actually make it even more noticable than just reporting the offenders, so in effect its the complainers themselves that are helping the narrow-minded decide that MFI is a porn site.
Porn is a very subjective definition as well, what one considers objectionable can easily be seen as just sexy or erotic to another. In the end we decide for ourselves what our limits are, if you have a problem with something, report it and go on your way. Stop proselytizing to others about it and let the ones who actually run the site deal with the resolution.
As I have always said I may not agree with what you say or do but I will fight tooth and nail to protect your right to do so.
I have to say i completely agee with hotlilmama about the contests, they are totaly degrading and if my benefactors hadnt been so good to me, god knows!…i do know some of the guys at times do try to put up decent contests! but they seem to be out numbered at times…….i here what your saying CCR but i dont agree with this place being a porn site that wasnt my experience! Actually tiger that is a great idea. It would be fairly simple to set up a filtering system that would track certain words or phrases and if it catches them it would just post as private and keep it out of the public area
I agree that the default pics and the public blogs should have the content that was meant to be there. Meaning a nice face shot and well, we know what the blog should be.
As many of you know, I am a second timer on here. When I was trying to find a doctor the first time around and I mentioned the site. Of course, being curious he came and checked the place out. When I talked to him again he told me that he could not help me because of the things he saw in those blogs. He was even able to quote things and mentioned the name of the girl who blogged it. As you can imagine I was mortified. I never did get to use that doctor either. I think in part it had something to do with how I approached him about MFI. The second doctor and the one I used I used a different approach and he was the one to do my surgery.I told him I was using a third party finance company. Anyways, I understand the upset for the girls who have this problem and how it feels too. I don’t know how it can be solved because there are always going to be problems with it…its a cycle I have noticed on here. I just wish there was a more efficient way to take care of it.
My two cents on the basics: why should the community police the site? In real world terms, I pay taxes (up-charge on message credits, or 19% on donations), and these taxes should be used for services.
All it takes is for the mayors (Jay and Jason) to spend 15 minutes reading through the blogs, just like we do, to see the issues, or spend a few minutes going through the first few pages of “The Girls” tab to weed out offenders with default pics against the rules. But just deleting the pics is like giving parking tickets daily. The girls constantly break the rules, pushing the boundaries, with only the threat of a slap on the hand. There are many who made it to the HOF with wads of parking tickets, and this seriously irritates those women who respect the rules. Give a few tickets, but have that threat of of being able to put a boot on the car (suspend the repeat offenders).
The contests are absolutely horrid! Most get their content and NEVER donate..so guess what? Now they have all these goodies and you get nothing…
I understand Larry wanting to fight tooth and nail for people’s rights…but what you are fighting against here on MFI…are the rules. Save that fight for the real world..not a site that has these ruless that is supposed to help ladies instead of hindering them in some cases.
If people can’t respect and follow the rules..that is breach of contract with MFI in my opinion and maybe they don’t belong here.
I also like Tiger’s idea…maybe that would be a great idea. If people didn’t break the rules here…There would be no blogs about breaking said rules or sharing our stories of getting put down and being belittled for being on this site.
Maybe we HOFers and others blog about the crap on here so that surgeons and such will see that there are people here that aren’t acting like porn stars and want this to be a clean place to come and be proud of.
I hide the fact that I am on this site from many many people..because alot of women and men here make it embarrassing to have the blogs up…or browsing through friends to see who all is there, They have their dicks so proudly diplayed and talking dirty…I wouldn’t want a child to walk in the room while I am browsing around on here…or my family for that matter.

Why should the community police the site? For the same reasons citizens report crimes in the real world. Police cannot be everywhere and see everything. Hundreds of sets of eyes are better than two.
If you want to help keep the public areas clean than great. If not, no problem. You’re not required to.
I totally agree about the contests! I barely even glance at them any more.
Yes, they will see that people here do not like what is going on and what is under the surface, but they will also understand that there are sexual explicit and nude material distributed on the site.
My point is when they – who are scrutinizing and are conservative and sensitive of certain content – then they would still care if it is underneath the surface. Because the offer tabs do often tell what kind of content a lady is offering. it is often a menu and a prize list, which for me make it basically as an adult web site.
Personally i have never understood why the offer tab was added as feature as it do emphasize the “trade something for donations”. A reporter need just to check a few profiles’ offer tabs to find the really sexual explicit and nude material traded for money.
I have to agree with CCR about the offer tab…while it is good for some reasons…it does imply that women have to trade for donations which is very intimidating for the women who chose not to sell themselves for a buck.
Is there a way that tab can be made visible only for women on the benefactors friends list? We know that trading of pictures goes on for donations, whether its a sale or whatever. Its part of the site, however I still think going too far one way to appease a small moral minority out there might be overkill.
Jay, in real world terms, police do “walk the beat” and “drive through the neighborhood” as well. During the period you posted your response alone, I could see 4 profile pictures against the rules on the first page of girls ALONE.
The point you seemed to have missed as well was there is no penalty for consistent disregard to these rules, because as Jason once stated in comments like these, “There are rules, and there are terms. Break the terms, and you get suspended or terminated. Break rules is not as big of an issue, so we do not suspend or terminate.”
There are so many reasons why people are leaving the neighborhood, or spending more time in other neighborhoods. If the police did a better job of actually cleaning the element off the streets, instead of the weak slaps on the hand, it would help the perception issue. Your community has spent a good amount of time over the past year trying to help, and reporting, yet it seems to be getting worse.

Well Im proud to be on my “mission” whether some like it or not.Ive alreadly wrote to Jason and told him that Im helping watch the blogs.I feel like as a longstanding member that it is my right and Im tired of all the mess in the blogs. I miss the MFI of old. There was happiness in the blogs, support, and when a lady made HOF everyone was soooooo happy and now when a girl makes it..well its barely noticed. I dont feel bad one bit for helping police this site.I am not on a witchhunt.Far from it. I care about these girls and I dont want to see them lose thousands of hardearned money for a mistake.Trust me I try to find a bene to tell the girl before I got off and report. So ladies are forced to have their blogs displayed; yes i know they are informed that they should put certain content in private blogs and many do it right. But are they informed that the public blogs wit appropriate content are readable for anyone, members and non-members? As far as i know they are not.

CCR you are correct! I dont think it should just be the ladies who are reprimanded.I understand men spending the money on this site but the reason they come here is for the ladies. We appreciate all the banter on this topic. It shows that you all do care greatly about improving the community.
In regards to punishment, I feel we have been quite strong. It depends on the severity of the violation but its not uncommon to see one suspension, and then a deletion upon the next violation. Its on a case by case basis, but we try and be fair. We catch a lot of flack for being as harsh as we are. But as Jim suggests there needs to be consequences (and fear) so people don’t think they can get away with murder. I feel we have a good balance in this regard, but you all are entitled to your opinion.
As for who the rules are enforced against? Everyone! It is not just the models. For instance, every day we suspend donor profiles that violate the public photo rules. This hurts the community just like the model photos and is not tolerated. Overall, we believe this site has a lot of rules in place to protect women (some think too many) But as always, if you have suggestions for improvement we are all ears.
I admire the want of some of the girls to make this a cleaner place to be publicly…and really it saves other girls from being rejected by the doctor of their choice. I’ve read some of the blogs in question and while they include some good advice they do come across as cranky..I just think its because they are so passionate about wanting their dream to happen…
Kim…I agree with you. As you know…I am one that has had to fight tooth and nail and finally after a year…I get to have my surgery.
So yes…sometimes women here do get cranky(myself included)…I mean for the love of god…we have PMS and to get called something you aren’t (porn stars or whores) on top of all other complications that life hurls at you…really pisses some women off.
I am very passionate about things I believe in…always have been, always will be. Been this way for almost 29 years. I am blunt…outspoken and never sugar coat just to spare feelings. If I do try to sugar coat…I feel like a liar for not being brutally honest.
So call me a bitch…call me cranky…I will answer to both. Just never call me a whore..cause I can asure you..that I am not! I don’t wanna see other girls here referred to in that manner either…so I try my hardest to make them understand their actions to have a downfall.
