And now on with the show…

In an effort to better serve everyone here, we have just removed Jays’ profile, and have converted Jasons’ profile into an “Official MyFreeImplants” profile. But don’t worry, there is no need for alarm! Read on…

For as far back as I can remember, we’ve each had our own profiles on the site, and offered customer support via messages to individuals, along with email support, and even the occasional IM support. Having that personal connection with everyone has really helped to turn this community into what it is today. We have every intention of continuing that one-on-one relationship, but with the growth of the website, and in the interest of not letting any important messages get lost in the hustle and bustle, we have removed our personal profiles. Further more, you won’t be able to send message directly to the official profile. The reason being that we will soon be implementing a ticketing system that will allow us to better track and respond to customer support requests, so we REALLY want to encourage everyone to send these requests through the help section, as opposed to personal messages. It really helps us track and respond to messages faster and keeps things much more organized. Besides, if we have 2 people responding to support requests as opposed to one, you’ll get a response twice as fast!

Don’t worry. Jay and Jason are not going anywhere. We are still running the show over here behind the curtain. We just need to create a little more structure and organization in order to serve you better. It should also help free up some time so that we can get back to adding some long overdue features to the site!

Another added benefit is improving your safety and security now that there is only ONE official MFI profile. There have been a few unscrupulous individuals in the past that have claimed to be part of MFI, or claimed to know Jay or Jason personally. These virtual bullies tried to use that lie as a way to threaten ladies if they didn’t comply with their demands. So, ladies, if you didn’t hear it from the official profile, or via a response from the help section… don’t believe those sort of lies. Most of the benefactors here are gentleman and wouldn’t lead you astray, but there can be a few bad apples from time to time. So when in doubt, contact us directly.

Technical side note:
For those of you that are familiar with the concept of Model ID’s and Member ID’s, the only official MFI profiles will be Model ID #1 or Member ID #1. Those are guaranteed to be unique, and you are safe knowing that those profiles are indeed the official profiles.

    Seriously, isn’t this just a stopgap measure? The site has grown tremendously in the 10 months I have been here. This may help your responsiveness in the short term but if the growth continues, wouldn’t it be a better idea to find some moderators to help out with the blog monitoring?

    That seems like it would provide you with even more time to implement improvements here. I know it is difficult to trust others with your creation but think that MFI may be getting a little big to be managed effectively by just the two of you.

    Just a thought from a concerned citizen.

If we are able to corral all support questions into one common area, it’s far easier to manage than if they are scattered throughout. We could siphon of a certain type of request to one person, and different type to another, and yet another type to someone else. So in that regards, it gives us even more ability to expand.

    Regarding blog monitoring… we can’t do it all ourselves, as we are not available 24-7-365. But with the collective help from everyone in the community, we can certainly get really close. We have a lot of great people in the community already helping to keep an eye and monitor the site content. Just copy/paste a link to the page in question into the Help form, and we can get to it pretty quickly.

    I don’t like that you deleted ur profile :( It kinda makes me sad, I liked when I got random messages from you 2 thru out my journey.. Made me feel like you guys were an actually part of the site, and more than just the owners.
